Note: The Architect shall provide the Owner, Owner’s Representative, and Construction Manager a progress set
of design documents, which shall include but not limited to plans and specifications, at minimum bi-weekly. The
purposes of the progress design documents are to keep all parties informed of the Architect’s progress and to
allow the Construction Manager to review and render continuous feedback of project cost/budget based on the
Architect’s progress.
