9.(a)A bus tralleved 4km from South to North,and from North it travelled 5km
towards East.

(i) Draw a diagram to represent the above informations.

(ii) Find the new position of a bus from the starting point.

(b) A rope of 70N is used to pull a luggage hence making an angle of 50degree
with the ground.Calculate the vertical and horizontal components of the rope.

(c) Two bodies P and Q are moving with 15km/h and 12km/h respectively
towards the same direction.Find the velocity of body P with respect to Q.

10.(a)With the aid of diagram, explain how mirage occurs.


(b)An image of 3m high is produced when an object is placed 200mm Infront of a
concave mirror.If the radius of curvature is 0.24m , Calculate

(i) Image distance. (ii) size of the object.

(c)State three important principles used to locate images in curved mirrors.
