none of the candidates joined our
organization.

Subsequently, after various interviews, one

candidate accepted the position for the
company secretary & compliance officer
and has been appoint in our organization
w.e.f. Monday, March 11, 2024.

It is imperative to emphasize that our

company has consistently adhered to
proper, systematic, and legal compliance
practices, diligently following all regulations
outlined under the SEBI LODR Regulations.
However, despite our best efforts, the non-
compliance under regulation 6(1) of SEBI
(LODR) Regulations, 2015 was unforeseen
and beyond our control.

We respectfully request your kind

consideration in waiving off the penalty

Looking at the aforementioned reasons with relevant supporting documents evidencing the same. We hereby seek waiver of the penalty/ fines levied
under SEBI SOP circular.

The company hereby undertake that all the compliance related to SEBI (Listing of Obligation and Disclosure requirement) Regulations, 2015 and all other
applicable compliances will be complied in timely manner as prescribed under the respective regulations and act. Further, we have paid Rs.11,800
(Rs.10000 + 1800 GST) vide UTRN _______________ dated ____________ towards waiver application processing fees and proof of payment is attached
