Annotation:
Society in the philosophical sense is an integral part of natural existence, a social
existence. In this thesis, brief concepts and ideas about society and human life and

activity are subject to the laws of nature. Insights were given about the attention
and recognition of women scientists in Uzbekistan.

Key words: society, development, human activity, scientists, man-made effects.

Inherent connection and connection between nature, man and society. For
social philosophy, not only social relations and conditions, but also nature-human,
nature-society relations are studied as an important socio-philosophical problem. In
the philosophical sense, society is an integral part of natural existence, a social
existence. Its existence directly depends on the existence of natural existence.
Therefore, when approaching society and its development from a socio-
philosophical point of view, it is appropriate to consider society as a part of nature
and man as a natural-biological organism as the main criterion.
Both man and society have a place in the bosom of nature. Society and human life
and activity are subject to the laws of nature. No matter how advanced the society
is, its viability is determined by natural conditions. It is known that nature is the
natural conditions and material ground for the creation and development of society.
Society is a component of nature, and man is the peak of its evolutionary
development. It is the result of a huge natural process that lasted at least two billion
years. Man, who is part of nature, gradually formed as a social being as a result of
work and interaction. In this way, the problem of nature and society from a
philosophical-methodological point of view became a problem of interaction
between man, a biosocial being, and the surrounding natural environment. Nature
is the basis of human life, the basis of his physical and spiritual development. We
are convinced of this when we look at the main development stages of the
interaction of nature and society and its main directions.
A person is a living organism that performs complex social and labor activities.
Man is the subject of the process of historical collectivization, and he is the
founder of the material and spiritual cultural development of the earth. Humans are
genetically related to other types of living creatures, but they are distinguished by
their higher consciousness, the ability to produce labor tools, the development of
speech, creative activity, and the ability to realize moral, spiritual and spiritual self.
Society is a set of historically determined joint activities of people in a broad sense
or a concrete type of social relations in a narrow sense.
Nature - in a broad sense, the whole universe and its various forms; In a narrow
sense, the environment is the source of satisfying the material and spiritual needs
of people. During his life, a person can use not the whole being, but the natural
environment that surrounds him and is under his influence.
Thus, in the history of mankind, there have been continuous and diverse
interactions between society and nature. The problem of interaction between
society and nature, man and living environment is one of the eternal problems of
humanity. Throughout the history of philosophical thought, it has been solved in
different ways. In the 18th century, the French sociologist Montesque put forward
the ideas typical for that time. In his work entitled "On the Spirit of Laws", he
developed the idea of society's complete dependence on nature and put forward the
slogan "The rule of climate is superior to all forces".
At different stages of society's development, its attitude towards nature has also
changed. Some researchers divide the main historical stages in the interaction of
nature and society into 4 periods.
- The period of the primitive community system. In the system of primitive
society, humanity did not have a significant impact on nature. During the period of
the primitive community system, people paid some attention to the condition of the
natural resources they used and began to protect the plants they eat and the animals
they hunt. Because by this time, the population increased, production tools were
much improved, and more complex fishing tools were created. These, in turn,
encouraged the primitive community to take some measures to protect natural
resources and sacred places. Even hunting of animals and harvesting of useful
plant seeds was prohibited in certain areas. People who exterminated large
numbers of useful animals were sentenced to death in the primitive community
system.
Lands with rare and valuable plants and animals were declared "sacred places" and
it was forbidden to hunt, collect the fruits and seeds of plants. These measures
were the beginning of the history of nature protection.
During the period of the primitive community system, a primitive man did not
think about the consequences of taking what he needed from nature. Because
primitive people were very few in number and almost dependent on nature.
Protection of nature is one of the most important problems in the period of rapid
development of science and technology, where relations between people and the
environment have intensified. The concept of nature protection is well known from
the long past, when the negative impact of man on the environment occurred. If
earlier nature protection was understood as a set of practical activities, in recent
years a separate complex science has been formed. Nature protection is a science
that develops the laws of anthropogenic substance and energy exchange, the
characteristics of the impact of this process on the interaction of nature and society,
and the ways of managing this process for the purposes of the future development
of mankind. Various names of this science, such as socioecology,
anthropocenology, use of nature, have also been proposed.
Nature protection is differentiated according to its purpose and content at different
stages of society's development. At the initial stage of nature protection, the
protection of certain endangered plant and animal species was carried out. With the
growth of human needs, the stage of protection and rational use of natural
resources has emerged. Since the middle of the 20th century, along with natural
resources, individual unique natural areas.
Under the State Committee for Family and Women, the "Society of Women
Scientists" will be established and 50 billion soums will be allocated to it annually.
1.8 trillion soums will be allocated for such purposes in the current and next year.

"As much as possible, we will all try together to turn the pain and worries of our
women into the age of joy, the age of victory, the age of success, the age of results.
It was not for nothing that our ancestors said that if you educate one girl child, you
will educate the whole family," said Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

"Doing science, creating scientific innovation is like digging a well with a needle.
Having come from this field myself, I know how difficult and complicated this
work is. That is why I personally consider women scientists who are carrying out
family concerns and raising children along with scientific research, achieving
practical achievements and results, to be the owners of real courage and courage,"
said the president.
