1. The lesson plan includes two suitable main aims for the subject and level.
2. The warm up activity prepares learners and the lead in establishes a link to the new lesson.
3. The presentation introduces the new language accurately focusing on form, meaning and usage.
4. The practice provides oral and written activities for students to use the new language.
5. The production uses the language for communicative purposes.
6. Consolidation reviews the materials through suitable activities.
7. Grammar and spelling are evaluated on mistakes that do or do not hinder understanding.

- Each main aim which is suitable with the subject and the level of the students will be given 0.5 pt. - Two of the following possible answers are about: + form + meaning + usage 2 Warm up (1.0 point) - The activity helps learners be actively prepared for the new lesson by stimulating their minds and/or their bodies. Lead in (0.5 point) - The activity establish a communicative link between the learners and the new lesson about to be presented. 3 Presentation (2.0 points) - The teacher sets up the context to introduce the new language material. Focus learners’ attention on form, meaning and usage by means of exercises, explanation, drills, games, questions, etc… - The language material is introduced (form, meaning and usage) accurately 4 Practice (2.0 points) - The teachers carries out suitable activities for students to oral practice the language material with encouragement and feedback. - The teachers carries out suitable activities for students to written practice the language material with encouragement and feedback. 5 Production (2.0 points) The teacher carries out suitable activities for students to use the language material for the communicative purpose. 6 Consolidation (0.5 point) The teacher carries out suitable activities for students to review the language materials which have been learnt in the lesson. 7 Grammar and Spelling (1.0 point) - The lesson plan contains some grammar and spelling mistakes which do not hinder the understanding of the text. (0.5) - The lesson plan contain some grammar and spelling mistakes which makes it hard to understand the text. (0.25) - The lesson plan contain so many grammar and spelling mistakes which makes it unable to understand the text. (0.0)
