1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 16 s. 2024 titled Administration of the Early

Language Literacy and Numeracy Assessment, National Achievement Test or Grade 6, and
National Achievement Test for Grade 12 School Year 2023-2024; and Advisory for the
Additional Guidelines hereto attached, this Office shall administer the following
assessments on the following dates:

4. Please find attached list of assignments of teachers, Department Heads, and Supervisors
who will serve as Room Examiners, Room Supervisors and Monitors respectively during
the administration of NAT G12.

5. Travel, operational, and other incidental expenses relative to the conduct of the
Administration of NAT G12 School Year 2023 – 2024 shall be charged against Program
Support Funds/ Division MOOE / School MOOE/local funds subject to usual
accounting/auditing rules and regulations.

6. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
