Hello.

In Afghanistan, a number of people who are born in mountainous areas and villages cannot go
to the hospital because of the long and mountainous roads until they are born under the supervision
of doctors and are registered to have a birth card:

After some time, they go to the Population Registration Office to get Tazkira, and the employees of
that office confirm and determine the age by looking at their appearance or documents they have in
their hands, such as: birth card or the statements of their parents.

According to their tazkira, why is there only six months difference between the birth of Parvaneh and
Farzana? I provide an answer.

1- Farzana and Parwana were born in Hijdi village of the center district of Daikundi province, after
that on 13/9/1391, which is equivalent to3/12/2012, we had referred to the Population Registration
Department, and paper identification cards were distributed to them:

A: parwana,7 is years old.

B: Farzana, 6 years old.

that both ID cards were issued on the same day and on a specific date, to prove my statement, I have
attached and emailed you copies of both paper ID cards.

2- The electronic tazkira system was activated in Afghanistan in 2021, which was distributed to the
people according to their paper tazkira.

3- The electronic tazkira of Parwana and Farzana have been distributed according to their paper
tazkira, but unfortunately, due to the inattention of the civil registry office employees, their dates of
birth have been entered incorrectly.) Because the date and month of birth are not included when
receiving a paper ID card.(

This is the truth that I have written to you. I hope that you will help me and my family in this matter,
and you have saved the lives of thousands of people who were under threat, and you will also help
me.

With respect.
