1. Assume the ABC real estate company is one of the major organizations which are the major
role player of our country’s residential sustainability. As a part of the countries plan to
achieve the second GTP the company has taken a step to construct low cost residential
buildings over the whole regional cities with new construction materials which can be
produced locally by available natural soil products like cement stabilized soil block,
Rammed earth block and other alternatives like Agro stone. To do this, it needs market
analysis, economic evaluation, profitability, constructability, political feasibility, social
and cultural acceptability, governmental local policies, environmental impact and
utility service availabilities. In addition to those, it is also expected that the available labor
force is not skilled enough to execute the new material construction technology. One of the
proposed cities is HAWASSA. To get the analyzed proposal of this project, it needs
construction management professionals and other supporting professionals.

As a construction management professionals, prepare strategic plan, implementation

process plan and evaluation and controlling standards & methodologies. Which means
prepare strategic full proposal for the project execution.
