● Recruitment and Training: Hiring and training employees, managing schedules,
delegating tasks, and fostering a positive work environment.
● Inventory Management and Ordering: Tracking ingredients and supplies, ensuring
stock levels, placing orders, and managing inventory costs.

● Customer Service: Taking orders, preparing and serving ice cream, offering
recommendations, maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
● Shop Maintenance: Keeping the shop clean and organized, restocking supplies,
washing dishes, sanitizing equipment.
