III. PROJECT RATIONALE

The problem should be addressed to develop a solution. It is the

primary goal of the project. It not only visualizes but also magnifies the
problem. Through this project, there is a given solution or result to the
problem that the stakeholders are involved, and how they can extend
their hands to assist and prepare the school's needs. In addition, it can
provide strong relationships and partnerships with the stakeholder for
the school cannot stand alone and needs the help of its community. The
government assistance does not fully meet the school's needs, and it is
necessary to seek assistance from those who can provide support and
help.

IV. PROJECT OBJECTIVE

 Strengthen partnership through open communications with
stakeholders
 Expand the linkages/connections with stakeholders in education.

V. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Project SMILE (Stakeholders Magnify Important Liability in Education)
highlights the needs of the learners, teachers as well as the school in
this time of pandemic especially the reading materials, learners school
supply, Covid essentials that will help everyone to protect themselves. It
includes also the maintenance of the classroom and the surroundings;
the fence, plants- vegetable or ornamental plants, pathways and playground.
