All Routine Tests as described in IS: 2026 / IS: 11171 shall be carried
ROUTINE TEST out at our works free of cost. Any Type / Special Tests, if required, shall
be carried out at our works on chargeable basis ONLY.
INTEREST & We will issue Inspection call before 7 days of readiness of
STORAGE COST transformer for Routine Tests Inspection at our works. In case,
TOWARDS NON
If you will not organize inspection as per scheduled date &
LIFTING OF
TRANSFORMER time, you will have to make payment immediately failing
IN STIPULATED which, we will charge Interest @24% p.a. plus 1% storage
TIME charges per week from the date of readiness of Transformer.
If the delay cause due to event of Natural Calamities like Earth
quake, cyclone, tsunami, riot, war or any other unforeseen

circumstances that may result from an Act of GOD, we are not
MAJEURE
liable for any penalty.
