Shree-Lipi nxt 1
1. Prerequisites
a) Administrator login is required for this installation.
b) Disable Windows Defender from Control Panel.
c) Close all Running Applications.

2. Installation of Shree-Lipi nxt
1. First Insert Shree-Lipi nxt DVD in the DVD drive of the machine.
2. Right click on DVD drive and select 'open in New Window' option.
3. Run the SETUP.exe file. This is the Welcome screen.
4. Click on ‘Next’.

5. This is the Licensing Agreement screen.
6. Read & Accept the 'Terms and Conditions' and click on 'I Agree’.

7. Click on ‘Next’

8. Create destination folder and Click on ‘Next’.

9. Enter 'Serial Number', 'Serial Key' and 'Personal Information' and
click on 'Get OTP' option to generate 'OTP'.
Note:-Make sure that Internet connection is available.

10. You will receive OTP on your Mobile Number and Mail ID. Copy the OTP
from mail and Paste it in OTP field.

11. Click on ‘Next’ button to proceed further.

12. Now click on ‘Next’

13. This screen shows progress of the installation. You can Cancel the process
any time during installation.

IMPORTANT: It is recommended that you should Cancel installation process ONLY if it is

highly necessary.

14. Now you will get Installation completed screen. click on ‘Next’ and
‘Close’.

3. Installation of Shree-Lipi nxt (Manual Registration)
Note: Steps 1 to 8 are same as shown in Section 2.
9. Enter 'Serial Number', 'Serial Key' and 'Personal Information' and
click on 'Get OTP' option to generate 'OTP'.
10. When Internet Connection is not available you will get below error
click on OK.

11. Then click on Manual Registration.

12. Select the option 'Copy to Clipboard' to copy Public Key and then click on
'Visit Registration Page' button.
Note- If Internet connection is not available on the machine you are installing the
Software then 'Save' the "Public Key". Then, Go to URL provided on other
machine where internet is available & paste the Public Key in the 'Product
Registration Page' to get the Installation Key on email & mobile phone.

13. On Registration page, Paste the Public Key and click on 'Submit' button.

14. Confirm your Mail ID and Mobile Number, Then click on ‘Submit’ button.

15. Product installation key has been sent to your registered Email ID
and Mobile number.
16. Copy ''Private Key'' from mail and paste it in the Private Key field.

17. In the Setup window, click on 'Paste from Clipboard' to paste the
Private Key. Click on ‘Next’ button to proceed further.
18. Next steps are same as Section 2 point 12 to 14
