AUTHORIZATION LETTER

I, Joven F. Doroja, a graduate of Bicol University Tabaco Batch 2023 with a

Bachelor of Science in Social Work degree, hereby authorize my niece, Ranah
Louise Doroja Cantillo, to process the authentication of my diploma and
Transcript of Records (TOR) on my behalf. Due to my current location in Manila, I
am unable to personally handle this matter.
I trust Ranah Louise Doroja Cantillo to act on my behalf in all matters
related to the authentication process of my academic documents. She is fully
empowered to collect, sign, submit, and receive any necessary paperwork or
communications regarding this matter.
I will provide my Student ID as a valid form of identification, attached
herewith, to facilitate the processing of the aforementioned documents.
