Instructions and Guidelines:

General goals of this activity is to:
enhance your creativity and discover some hidden talent;
develop self-discipline in managing your precious time;
establish the significant and the role of emotions in your academic journey;
develop life skills & virtues such as tenacity, perseverance, patience, decisive & others; and
emphasize the importance knowing yourself through reflecting and analyzing your performance
in different academic outputs.

1. This is an individual assessment for this quarter that requires careful organization and

assessments. In addition, it can be express in form of words, emoticons, stickers, favorite

4. This assessment is due on March 13, 2024 (Wednesday) @ 4:00PM only. With this, you can
submit your output on or before the stipulated date.
