How to get to Circuit Open Grounds Makati

By Car • If you have access on a private vehicle or are using a ride-sharing


service, you can navigate to the address of Circuit Makati Open
Grounds, which is located at Hippodromo Street, Circuit Makati,
Makati City. You can use a navigation app or follow road signs to
reach the destination.
By Public • MRT-3: Take the MRT-3 train to Guadalupe Station. From there,
Transportation you can either take a jeepney or a short taxi ride tot Circuit Makati.
• Jeepney : Look for jeepneys with routes going to or passing
through Ayala or Guadalupe. Ask the driver if they pass by Circuit
Makati and disembark at the nearest drop-off point.
• Bus: Take a bus heading to Ayala or Guadalupe and alight at the
neared stop to Circuit Makati. From there, you can either walk or
take a short taxi or jeepney ride to the venue.
• Taxi/Grab: You can also take a taxi or use a ride-hailing service
like Grab to directly reach Circuit Makati Open Grounds.

What to bring on the day of visit

Staff should bring their CNX ID or any government-issued ID Please refer to the list of acceptable IDs:

Wrist Tag Policy
Eligibility • Wrist tags are exclusively issued to registered CNX staff and their companions attending the
family day event, Music Fest at Circuit Open Grounds, Makati.
• The number of Wrist tags to be issued by Registration POC will depend on the count of
companions the staff registered.
Validity • The Wrist tags are valid only on June 11, 2023.
Venue Restrictions • Only individuals wearing valid wrist tags will be granted access to the designated areas of the
Family Day event.
• Security personnel will be stationed at the entry points to verify the presence of wrist tags before
allowing entry.
• Unauthorized individuals without wrist tags will be denied access to the event.
Responsibility • Registered CNX Staff and their companions are responsible for the proper use of wrist tags.
• Wrist tags are non-transferable and should not be shared with individuals who are not
registered for the event.
• Wrist Tags are not allowed to be exchanged for cash or refunded if not utilized by staff or their
companion.

Compliance • Failure to comply with the wrist tag policy may result in denied entry or removal from the event
premises.
• Any attempt to tamper with, alter or counterfeit wrist tags will be subject to appropriate
disciplinary actions.
• Lost or stolen wrist tags will not be replaced nor reimbursed.

Food Stub Policy

Purpose • The purpose of implementing a food stub policy is to streamline the food service process, ensure
fairness, and provide a convenient and enjoyable dining experience for attendees during the event.
Eligibility • Food stubs will be distributed to registered CNX staff participating the event.
• Food stubs will be distributed upon entry to the event venue.
• CNX staff must present their valid CNX ID (or any acceptable ID/Docs) at the registration booth to
redeem the Food stub.
Validity and Usage • Food stubs can only be used on the day chosen by the staff.
• Each food stub is valid for a specified meal or food item as indicated on the stub.
Food Stub Value and • Each CNX staff will be given a food stub.
Limitations • Food stubs cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded if not fully utilized.
Redemption Process • Food stubs must be presented to the designated food vendors for redemption.
• The holder must surrender the food stubs to the vendor or designated staff upon redemption.
• Food stubs will be collected by the vendor or staff during the redemption process.
• Lost or damaged food stubs will not be replaced or reimbursed.
• CNX Staff are responsible for the safekeeping of their food stubs throughout the event.
Compliance, Exceptions and • Holder of food stubs must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this food stub policy.
Changes • Any violation or misuse of food stubs may be meted with appropriate disciplinary actions.
• CNX Events reserve the right to make changes to the food stub policy as necessary and
communicate update to participants.
