    TREKKING – CONSENT
    I, Mr. / Mrs. ___________________________________________ Father / Mother
    of Master/Miss ___________________________________ studying in
    class__________ do give my consent to participate my child in trekking organized by the
    school at Bamanpuja on dated 23.03.2024 (Saturday). We also understand that the
    good care of our child will be taken but in spite of utmost care, at any such time, in case of
    natural calamity, accidental injury occurring during trekking, we will not hold responsible
    the Management or the Principal or any other staff members of Vaatsalya School wholly or
    partially, either individually or jointly, in case of any injury accident or sickness.
