With reference to the subject cited, Ihave the honour to inform you that the
average prison population in this jail is 90(ninety). The prision population increases day
by day.Therefore Iam to submit herewith the annual indent of Dead stock and clothing
bedding for the year 2023-24 in schedule format(copy enclosed). In this context I am to
request you that kindly accorded necessary permission for supply of dead stock article
S1. No.1 to 12 from Circle Jail, Koraput as because the Sub Jail, Kantabanji is nearer to
Circle Jail, Koraput. And the prision blanket may be supply from Special Jail,
Bhubaneswar as per the provision.
This is for favour of your kind information and necessary action.
