Good Day!

The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) officers plan to establish a mini store for the school
year 2023-2024. The earnings will be allocated for monoblock chairs that we can use during school
programs like Recognition Day, Graduation Day and other events in St Joseph National High School. This
is also to avoid renting chairs for such occasions.

Specifically, the requested mini-store aims to help and assist our students in purchasing their study materials
at affordable prices such as school supplies that they don’t need to go outside the school campus. It also
aims to support our SSLG (Supreme Secondary Learner Government) projects for the betterment of our
school. It could also practice to us as a young SSLG Officers to enhance our leadership.

In line with this, we respectfully request from your good office to grant us the approval to establish the
SSLG Mini Store insol Record Section. We are plan to sell this folowing:
 School Supplies
 Ponytail and hair clipp
 Sweets like pastillas, graham ball, yema (once or twice a week)

Project Proposal of Supreme Secondary Learner Government

I. TITLE: SSLG Mini-Store

II. RATIONALE:

As a Supreme Secondary Learner Government officers we are excited to present this proposal for
the establishment of a Mini Store for the Supreme Secondary Learner Government. The purpose of
this Mini-Store is to provide students with easy access to essential supplies and merchandise while
promoting school spirit and supporting the activities of the Supreme Secondary Learner
Government. This initiative will enhance the overall student experience and contribute to a more
vibrant school community.

III. Objectives:

1. To create a convenient and accessible location for students to purchase school

supplies, merchandise, and other essential items.

2 To generate revenue to support the activities, programs, and initiatives organized

by the Supreme Secondary Learner Government.

3. To foster school spirit and pride through the sale of branded merchandise.

4. To buy alloted earnings for the monoblock chairs that we can use in many events in
St. Joseph National High School.
