An elevated approach to our award winning a la carte
menu, our list of hors d'oeuvres is carefully designed by
Executive Chef Cody Ballard to kickstart any event! These
are offered as both stationary platters, or passed by our
staff. One order serves 16 people:

● Food & Beverage Minimums are for prep /
production of food & beverage only
● State Tax is calculated at 6% of net F&B costs
● Local Tax is calculated at 2% of net F&B costs
● Temporary Fuel Surcharge is calculated at 2% of net
F&B costs
● Administrative Fees are calculated at 10% of net
F&B costs
● Gratuities are simply optional, never expected
🌱Schedule Of Contracted Deposits
● 50% Of estimated revenues is due at time of signed
agreement
● Remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your event
