In the first week we wanted to do a project but there was a problem with our

designer's flight which was delayed. the third week we found out that the budget we

have ran but we will fix it and continue this project. the third week of month three my
employee took a day off because his son was hospitalized due to a very bad car
accident

THE IMPACT THAT OCCURS

Because of that happened my company has delayed the manufacturing process of

goods and affected the related parties in manufacturing process. customers also
stated that they want to use the goods as soon as possible
