1. The presumption of Innocence is the basic to the right to a defense and implicitly all the
procedural rights awarded to the defendants.
2. He is someone who they defined as a justice collaborator because he has helped the main
perpetrator in violating the laws.
3. You can tell that she’s a contempt of court by the amount of disrespects she gave to the
judge in charge.
4. My father’s political party has faced bad impacts from the law in our country, so he’s
considering how much “injuries” in his participation are required to properly do a legal
standing, and hopefully it’ll bring him to the court.
5. In the courtroom right now as we speak, they’re dealing with shifting burden of proofs
that will harm both sides of the parties.
