I am Jenie Hervas Maderable 19 years old and currently residing
at Dagami Maasin. I finished my elementary at Dagami Elementary School with honors. And finished both my junior and senior high school at Dagami National High School with high honors. Currently I am a first year college student at WVSU Janiuay Campus taking Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English. I am the second among five siblings. I am striving to reach my dreams and goals in life because I do believe that poverty is not a hindrance anymore to succeed in your chosen path and career.
My family is the reason why I keep moving and
aiming for a better future someday. I want to make a change, in order to do so I must start it from my self alone. I want to travel abroad with my family and give them comfortable home. I can proudly say that in our community we help lift each other up and live peacefully. Unity within the society leads to progress. I may less fortunate but it will not hinder me and my dreams.
