 Design Change Announcement

This document shows the updated design elements of the BLH Series.
Technical specifications and minor changes are shown in detail.

● Motor and Gearhead

The design specifications of the motor, gearhead, and connector cable set
have not been changed.

● Drivers with output power ratings of 15 W, 30 W, and 50 W

The new and improved BLH Series 15 W, 30 W, and 50 W drivers have
the same base features as the existing drivers. Some features have been
significantly improved, and new features have been added. The existing
drivers can be easily replaced with the newly redesigned drivers.

● Driver with the output power rating of 100 W

There are no changes.

● Component Products
The products in the BLH Series lineup are available as individual component
products, and must be ordered separately. The wide range of motors,
combined with drivers and cable sets, results in a high number of possible
product combinations.

In the past there was one product code for the motor / gearhead and driver combination package. For example, if you ordered the
BLH230KC-50 package, you would receive the BLHM230KC-50 motor and gearhead, the BLHD30K driver, along with the power cable (a)
and I/O signal cable (b).

The protective functions from the existing driver have been improved. The number of protective functions has been increased from 5 to 10.
