I. Стверджувальні речення:
1. для з’єднання головного та підрядного речення використовуємо сполучник that;
2. змінюємо підмет та залежні від нього слова;
3. змінюємо час за правилом “one tense back”;
4. змінюємо показник часу (See Round-up, page 97).
3. Якщо підрядне речення є конструкцією “I wish”, Second, Third або Mixed Conditionals:

Active Passive
Present Participle дієслів to see, to hear, to come, to arrive, to enter, to seize, to look, to turn
виражає дію, що передує дії основного дієслова.
Past Participle виражає дію, одночасну є дією основного дієслова або таку, що передує
дії основного дієслова в теперішньому, минулому або майбутньому.
3. Дієслова to have, to get. Такі конструкції вказують на те, що для підмета або над

Dare
Вживається, як модальне та смислове.
Означає:
1. Мати сміливість або зухвальство щось зробити.
Moods
Способи дієслова
The Indicative Mood виражає дію як реальний факт в теперішньому, минулому або
майбутньому часі.
Розрізняємо чотири форми умовного способу: the Conditional Mood, the Suppositional
Mood, Subjunctive I, Subjunctive II.
The Imperative Mood виражає спонукання до дії, тобто прохання, наказ, пораду,
запрошення тощо.
