7) The availability of the material is subject to change. Hence we request you to collect the materials within 30 days of invoicing. A storage fee of 5% will be charged if the

materials are not collected on time.

8) All payments should be done only in favor of the “Alif International Tr. Co, LLC”.

9) There will be a variation of 3-5% color/shade difference in every batch production from the sample submission.

10) The ownership of the products will remain as the property of Alif International Tr. Co. LLC until final payments are settled.

11) The contractor to ensure the availability of the access, operational elevators for the unloading and transportation of the material to workplace

12) Before fixing tiles, lay them out in desired pattern and make sure an acceptable blend of color, please note that certain amount of shade variations is inherent in the

manufacturing of tiles THE COMPANY WILL BEAR NO LIABILITIES AFTER TILES ARE FIXED

13) For fixing tiles, we recommend the use of tile fixing adhesive for best result. Also follow the tile fixing instruction provided along with adhesive

14) For fixing the Tiles on wall dado we recommend the use of adhesive please follow the manufacturer's instructions for the same. We do not recommend the use of sand

and cement for fixing on dado.

16) It is advisable to maintain a space of 3 mm between tiles to allow for possible

expansion as per BIS/EN tolerance norms

17) Allow 3-4 days for bed curing. After this period, fill the joints with grouts, Fifteen minutes after finishing the grouting process wipe off the excess grout with a damp

sponge

18) The place of jurisdiction for the buyer and for us shall be Dubai Courts of UAE Courts. We shall be entitled to bring action against the buyer at his/his domicile. however.

19) Advance payment of 10% would be applicable for booking the products. In case, the customer cancels the order under any circumstances, then only 2% of refund would

be applicable. Balance 8% would be conserved towards storage and handling.

20) Custom Products Satisfaction Guarantee : We want you to enjoy your custom items, and we work with you during the quoting, design, and proofing process. We're

always ready to answer any questions and help before, during, and after the production process to get you what you need.

21) Custom Products Warranty : All Custom Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use for a period of 30 days from date

of purchase. If any item that is claimed to be defective within this time, we will repair or replace the product or component if it is determined that the defect existed at the

time of manufacture or developed under normal use.

22) Returns & Exchanges : No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the merchandise was custom produced, including custom size, custom color, custom printed or custom

built supplies or equipment. Any issues as described under the Warranty section above will be taken care of with any custom product we've produced.
