The best moment I can remember in my science class when I was in the elementary
grades (grade 5 or 6) is we have a discussion about the constellations of stars and
about the astronomers/astronauts, my science teacher that time is Ma’am Rowena

relate his/her lesson to students’ lives and interest that can help to boost their
motivation to learn and deepen their understanding and from that, they can master
some essential concepts and big ideas such as understanding cause and effect and
inquiry-based exploration.
