Supplies
1. Yarn: This example was crocheted with yarn YarnArt Jeans (50g = 178yards / 160m,
Sport, 12wpi) color 7 (beige) – for the arms, legs, head, nose and ears, color 69 (green)
– for shoes and top of the dress, color 36 (pink) – for dress and hair adornment, color 03
(milk) – for hair, small pieces of colors 53 (black), 35(yellow) and 75 (light blue) – for the
bees.

2. Crochet hook: 2.25 mm (size B), or in accordance with the yarn you use.

3. One pair of black safety eyes 5 mm.

4. A small piece of contrast yarn or a stitch marker.

5. Fiberfill.

6. 1 small hair tie.

7. Black cotton thread to embroider eyelashes.

8. Long needle.

9. Scissors, pins.

10. Fabric glue to fix hair (optional).

11. Pink wax pencil to draw cheeks (optional).

Notes
 Work in continuous rounds when crocheting all parts of the body. Do not join or
turn unless it is specified in the pattern.
 Use a stitch marker (or a piece of contrasting color yarn). Place it between the last
and first stitch of each row and always move it up after working the last stitch.
 It is recommended that you continuously add stuffing to each body part while
crocheting rather than at the end of each piece. Be sure to stuff the legs with the
same amount of fiberfill, so both sides will have the same shape. Do not stuff the
arms.
 When attaching parts, make sure to check for symmetry.
 If something is not clear and/or you need help, please message me:
lovenika.ua@gmail.com.

Do NOT cut the yarn, pull out a long loop (or fix it with a marker) to prevent
unraveling, we will continue crocheting the body after sewing the arms to the
body.
Find inc of rnd 46. Using the needle and a piece of beige yarn sew 2 sts of the
arm to 2 sts of the increase. Do the same for the 2nd increase and the 2nd arm.

Continue crocheting the body.

and pull tight to close. Secure with a knot and hide the end.

To embroider the nose make 3 stitches in the same place between rnds 60-61
using beige yarn. The width of the nose is 1 stitch.

Secure the wig with a pin directly in the center of the
face between rnds 68-69 as shown in the picture
(yellow pin). One strand should be also directly in the
center of the face. Use a few more pins to secure the
wig to the head. Sew the wig. You can sew on the wig
as you like. I sew on one of two loops that we skipped
when crocheting the last row of the wig and each ss.

Ears (make 2):

With light beige yarn:
1: 4sc in a mr (4)
Cut the yarn, leaving a tail for sewing.
Sew the ears to the head over rnds 61-62, 7sts from the center of the eye.

Hairstyle:
Make a braid of three central strands. On each side of the braid, skip one
strand. Make braids from the next three strands. Skip one strand again and
make a braid with the next three strands. The result should be 5 braids and 4
free strands between them. There will be no free strand between the two back
braids.

Collect hair into 1 ponytail using a hair tie. Pull each free strand so that the
hairstyle looks neat.
