 Developing project framework and log-frame, project’s plan, data flow and MIS system (tab-
based),
 Conducting field assessment to identify any critical deviations in project implementation and
factors responsible and recommending actions based on field information,
 Quality assessment through regular monitoring of project implementation and reporting,
 Collecting and providing necessary qualitative and quantitative data using different participatory
methods like Focus Group Discussion (FGD), KII, Case Study, Most Significant Change, Participant
Observation, Case study, etc.
 Coordinate with the Regional Coordinator and project implementation team to ensure the
functionality of the M&E process,
 Recording all desk and field data collected and reporting on the technical feasibility of community-
driven activities,
