TASK01
Each of us needed to be healthy. A balanced diet wasn't enough, exercise would be helpful and exercise should be done
at least twice or thrice a week. Exercises like dancing, jogging, boxing, sports etc., is a much really things that can burn lot
of calories. Having a complete hour of sleep could help because exercise will be nonsense if you are not sleeping at least 8
hours. Nowadays, our health was the most important priority, so we should reduce eating unhealthy foods and avoid
unhealthy habits like eating a lot of fatty and sweet foods, instead we should eat green leafy vegetables and healthy
yummy fruits. Let’s take care of ourselves and don’t forget to maintain being healthy. You, we and I will progress and
progress on being healthy if we continue of doing good, healthy and nutritious habits.

I’ve learned that healthy food and sport are good choices to be healthy and strong and to avoid
being sick and weakness without forgetting having enough quality sleep hours, lastly prevention
is better than cure.
