Performance Requirements
1. Safe diving techniques
2. Proper awareness of team member location
3. Efficiently donate gas to an out-of-gas diver
4. Efficient gas sharing ascent with minimum deco
5. At least three propulsion methods suitable for silty environments
6. Techniques needed for a successful backward kick
7. Safe and responsible demeanor
8. Proficiency in the ability to deploy an SMB while using a spool
9. Proficiency in underwater communication
10. Basic proficiency and an understanding of the GUE equipment
configuration

Comfortable demeanor while swimming without a mask
Trim within 30 degrees of horizontal
13. Buoyancy within 1.5m of target depth
14. Aptitude in mask removal/replacement, regulator switch, long-hose
deployment
15. Safe ascent and descent procedures
16. Proficiency in executing a valve drill

All skills require a grade of 3 or above for full qualification

Performance Requirements
17. Proficiency with a primary light by using it during all skills except
SMB deployment
18. Dive-rescue techniques, including effective management of an
unconscious diver (unconscious diver lift)
19. Efficient valve drill with double tanks
20. Trim within 20 degrees of horizontal
21. Buoyancy within 1m of target depth
22. Proficiency in all relevant propulsion and maneuvering techniques
including the backward kick

Technical Pass
All skills above require a grade 3 or above for full qualification

C = Consumption Minimum gas reserve volume = 1100 liters
A = Average Pressure Convert liters into bar
T = Time 1100 liters / 12 liters = 91,6 bar ≈ 100 bar
