I hope this letter finds you in the best of health and spirits. My name is Ricci Earl G. Lauron, and
I am a Criminology Intern in Saint Columban College, alongside my colleague Jaymart Jan
Tutor, who shares an equal passion for community service and engagement. Together, we are
seeking your permission to conduct a Barangay immersion program and organize a series of
lecture aimed at benefiting the residents of Barangay Napolan. Our initiative is guided by the
objectives of building meaningful relationships within the community, developing effective
communication strategies, and managing interactions that foster a sense of unity and
cooperation among the residents. We believe that through direct engagement and interaction
with the community, we can identify the needs and aspirations of the residents, thereby tailoring
our lectures and activities to best suit those requirements. The lecture we plan to conduct is
Crime Prevention and awareness lecture on R.A 9262 Violence Against Women and to their
Children Seminar. Our goal is to empower the residents with knowledge and resources that will
aid in their personal growth and contribute to the prosperity of Barangay Napolan as a whole. In
recognition of the critical role that local governance plays in the success of community-based
initiatives, we earnestly seek your support and approval to carry out this program. We are
committed to working hand in hand with the barangay officials and ensuring that our activities
are aligned with the community’s standards and expectations. We would greatly appreciate the
opportunity to discuss this proposal further and explore ways in which we can collaborate
effectively for the benefit of the Barangay Napolan residents.
