Business Communication Project: Part 2

Summary of the pitch deck:

Summary of pitch deck PPT presented by our team is about rising funds from the investors for
doing business with our product called EXCEL which is an online live learning app. EXCEL is a live
learning app designed for students of classes 1-12 including competitive exams Olympiad,
EAMCET, JEE and NEET with the vison of providing quality affordable online education to Indian
students. Dual teacher live classroom (Master teacher + Mentor teacher = Future Education) is
unique feature of our product. EXCEL is superior in the market compared our competitors such as
Biju’s, Vedantu, Doubtnut, Unacademy and Toppr as it is affordable and easy to use live learning
from home by experienced teachers from premium institutes such as IIT/NIT. Target customers for
the business are 262 million students from different schools and which will be keep growing as the
business increases. Television, print media, social media are the main marketing channels
engaged to promote our product. Seeking for $350 million fund request for starting operations of
the business, and furthermore as the business continues.
key contributions to Part 1 of the project:
My key contributions to the project are
1. Research on business idea generation, identification problems in the business idea
domain, and offering solutions for the same.
2. Further data generation on statistics of the estimated initial customers and futured
customers who can avail our product serves and market competitors exist in the business
domain for marketing strategies.
3. Pitch deck PPT and Video preparation along with team coordination.
key learnings from the project and teamwork:
My key learnings from the project are
1. Learned how to prepare a pitch deck PPT using power point presentation effectively with
relevant content.
2. I have learned from this project, what are the business, marketing and financial strategies
required for running a start-up business.
3. From the teamwork, I have learned open communication, sharing of thoughts/ideas, and
listening to each other are essential for working efficiently as a team.

to support them and provide quality education.
