Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP)
for the voluntary recall of specific lots of ‫حول السحب الطوعي لتشغيالت محددة من املنتج‬

by Exmoor Plastics. .Exmoor Plastics ‫قبل شركة‬

The above decision is due to a potential ‫يأتي هذا القرار بسبب احتمال وجود خلل في‬
manufacturing defect concerning the nasal

Based on the above, DOH requires that the
following actions shall be taken: َّ ،‫وبناء على ذلك‬

1. Manufacturer shall withdraw all the ‫ على الشركة املصنعة سحب جميع التشغيالت‬.1
affected product lots listed in the

attachment.

3. Healthcare professionals to discontinue
