GUIDELINES
Timings
Gates will open at 3:00pm on Saturday (30/03/2024).
Gates will be closed at 6:00pm on Saturday (30/03/24).

Parking Guidelines
College parking lot will be closed on Friday and Saturday.
Students are encouraged to use public transport.
Parking will be available only at Nandi link grounds.

Vehicles found blocking roads / parked at No Parking zones
will be confiscated by the police.

Dress Code
No bags / handbags will be allowed inside the concert
venue.
All students must strictly adhere to PES University Dress
code. All attire should be below the knee and not revealing
(Mini skirts, tube tops, sleeveless tops, deep neck tops, and
anything deemed inappropriate by PES Management will
not be allowed). Students failing to comply will not be
permitted into the event venue.

Entry Guidelines
Only Email confirmation containing the QR code is
required to secure entry into the venue.
All Students (PES & Non PES) must display their college ID
cards(physical/softcopy) at the ticket counter.
A Discrepancy counter will be set up to tackle any issues
with the tickets.
PES Alumni must present valid proof (old PES ID card /
PESU academy / marks card / or any proof with PES
identity) along with the QR confirmation.

Ticket Guidelines
All tickets purchased are final. No refunds / transfers /
upgrades / downgrades of tickets will be entertained.

Following items are strictly prohibited in the event venue:

Alcohol
Cigarettes / Vapes / Lighters
Cosmetics
Perfumes / Deodorants
Water bottles
Edible Items
Sharp Objects
Illegal Substance
Weapons

Students found to be in an inebriated state (under the

influence alcohol, drugs, etc) will not be allowed into the
venue and strict action will be taken against them.
Students will not be allowed back into the campus once
they exit.
