Position: Freight Sales Executive (Sea/Air Import Sales)
Location: Noida sector 62
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
*Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
-Identify and target potential clients in need of sea and air freight import services.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and
loyalty.
-Understand clients' logistics requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
*Sales and Business Development:
-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
-Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation
activities.
-Conduct sales presentations and negotiations, highlighting the benefits and value propositions of our
services.
*Market Analysis and Competitor Research:
-Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities related to sea
and air freight imports.
-Analyze market dynamics and identify opportunities for business expansion and growth.
-Provide regular reports and updates on market insights and competitive intelligence.
*Customized Solutions and Proposal Development:
-Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to develop customized solutions
that address clients' specific requirements.
-Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients, ensuring accuracy and
compliance with company policies.
*Pipeline Management and Sales Forecasting:
-Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately tracking and managing leads, opportunities, and sales
activities.
-Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, monitor sales performance, and forecast future
sales trends.
-Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities to expedite the sales cycle and maximize conversion
rates.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a
related field (preferred).
-Proven track record of success in freight sales, with a focus on sea and air import services.
-Strong understanding of the transportation, storage, and communication industry, particularly
in relation to import logistics.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Willingness to travel as needed.
