1. LK Engineer Mr. Bhanu Pratap arrived at plant at

11:00 am .
2. Both DCM 160 and DCM 200 covers are open for
all the equipments in front of Mr. Bhanu Pratap
FIRST 3. All the equipments ( conveyor , Roller , cables
HALF etc. ) and both the DCM inspect by Mr. Bhanu pratap
for any damage during loading unloading or
transporting .

4. machine lay out marking done .

5. SS Mounting tray placed as per marking location

for both DCM 160 & 200 .
6. DCM 200 Placed on SS Mounting tray as per
marking layout with the help of 15 ton Hydra .
SECOND 7. DCM 160 Placed on SS Mounting tray as per
HALF marking layout with the help of 15 ton Hydra .

8. Befor mounting fixing ,level checked for both DCM 160

& 200 with spirit level from all directions .
9. Mounting bolts tight and again level check for
both DCM 160 & 200

operation.

4. Pipe line connection done for DCM 160 .

5. Pipe line connection done for DCM 200 .

SECOND 6. Hose Pipe measurment done for inlet and outlet
