Terms & Conditions:

1. Scope of Supply: Our scope of supply is limited to the items mentioned in our offer. Anything not
specifically mentioned in our quotation is to be considered outside the scope of our supply.
2. Terms of Payment:
 90% Advance payment along with purchase order
 10% after completion of Erection & Commissioning.
3. Delivery Period: Within 1 Weeks from the date of the complete agreement on technical
specifications and commercials, along with advance amount as indicated in the payment terms.
All efforts will be made to keep up the delivery schedule. Plumbing Materials, Transportation
charges & Installation charges are including for Bangalore city.
4. Warranty: 1 year warranty for Electrical Components. Life time service support.
5. Raw Water Point & Power Point need to be provided by you near to the RO Plant.
6. Disposal of RO reject water point need to be provided by you near to the RO Plant..
7. Validity: Our offer is valid for 30 days from the date of submission. After which it is subjected to
our confirmation.
8. Manpower Training:
We strictly believe that the key to the success of smooth and trouble free functioning of the system
lies in the skill of operator in operating and maintaining the system.
As such, we take extra care in training one of the Client’s Operators, at Client’s own plant soon
after commissioning. The training will be provided by our Service Engineers. Expenses like lodging
and boarding for our service team should be provided by the customer.
