It provides false happiness, a penetrating sadness;
It foolishnessto believe that therelief you receive
Would really persist even after your restless sleep.

It seems to ease the pain, numbling those ticking veins
But pain remains because this leads to damage brains.

Turn away from it for you are loved, you’re a gift from up above.
Say, “No” to drugs today; if you can’t, God is just a prayer away.
Your family, friends and teachers are; send them away.

Not only you, but also me, your family, the entire community.
If you say “No” to drugs today, you are already half the way
Of battle to be won; this day! Say “NO” to drugs.
