BOILER Provide and fit boilers. Boiler to be completed with the

following mountings:

1 18mm National enclosed Spring Safety Valve

1 Combined Altitude Gauge and Thermometer

1 12mm Thermometer

SMOKE PIPE Provide and fit as necessary smoke pipes and ends to connect

boiler to prepared chimney. If chimney is exposed, it is to be

lined with an approved type lining in accordance with current

practice and insulated if necessary.

DRAUGHT STABILIZER Provide and fit one combined blue draught stabilizer and

explosion door to suit this particular installation (solid fuel

boilers only).

RADIATORS Provide and fit radiators as shown on Schedule and

also…. towel nail(s). Radiators to be suitably supported.

Painting of radiator not to be provided for. If not included,

allowance to be made for disconnecting and reconnecting once

for main contractors decorators.

PIPING Provide and fit as necessary, tube and approved type fitting, as

indicated on plan. Tubing to be adequately supported. All

bends and tees to be easy sweep pattern.

HOT WATER STORAGE Provide and fit one gallon indirect cylinder complete with

immersion heater boss. Lag tank with an approved type jacket.

Our standard stock cylinders are suitable for a 30 feet working

head.1

TIME CONTROL FIXIN Provide and fit one programmed heat selection switch

electronic time clock.2 Provide all engineers’ and assistants’

time, bares and expenses test installation on completion and

leave in sound condition and proper working order.
