Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a First line VoIP Support Engineer. The VoIP Support Engineer will
be responsible for, troubleshooting, providing technical and customer support for PBX and unified
communication solutions. The Engineer will also be responsible for ensuring top-notch customer
service to international clients. This is a home-based job, and a personal computer/laptop and high-
speed internet is must. Candidate must be able to listen and speak English fluently. References may
be required if needed. Full training will be provided. Only apply if you have a right attitude.
Qualifications/Desired knowledge
• Familiarity with open-source VoIP solutions such as, Freeswitch, Asterisk and Kamailio.
Shifts will be 10:30 PM to 06:00AM and 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM PST during weekdays and 24 hours
during weekends. Max 8 hours shift a day per person. Shifts will be rotated among 3 members team.
Occasionally the Pakistan based team member may be needed to work for UK office hours to support
staff shortage(holidays/sickness).
First month Pakistan team will work with UK team for training and understanding customer needs.
After training is complete Pakistan team will start support for UK out of office hours. Full training will
be provided.
