Terms & Conditions

Warranty Airend: 72 months from start-up date (not

exceeding 30,000 hours) or 78 months
from date of shipment from ELGI
factory, whichever occurs first.
Motor: 36 months from the date of start-up or
coolers: 42 months from the date of shipment
CCV: from
ELGi factory/warehouse, whichever
occurs first.
Package: All other parts unless explicitly
mentioned other than the above are
warranted for
a period of 12 months from the date of
start-up or 18 months from the date of
shipment from ELGi factory/warehouse,
whichever occurs first.

*Warranty is limited to repair/ replace defective part against manufacturing defects only and
does not extend to any consequential liability there-off. Warranty offered is subjected to your
service intervals of spare parts change (consumable & kits parts change of intervals).

*Exclusions: Electricals (except motors and controller), rubber parts, seals, belts and
consumables like Air Filter, Oil Filter, Separator Element, Lubricant, and similar wear & tear
parts.
* Refer to EG series screw air compressor uptime assurance warranty document.

Installation Any kind of necessary piping, electrical installation,

civil works, erection and commissioning will be done
by the customer on their own expenses.

Commissioning Commissioning & start up procedure is mentioned in

the manual which will come along with the units. In
case you need the start up to be done by ELGI’s
personnel then it will attract separate cost. Our
After sales dept. will send the quote separately if
required.

Cancellation 30% of the purchase order value, if cancellation within 2 weeks upon
Clause issuance of purchase order.
70% of the purchase order value, if cancellation within 3rd to 5th
week upon issuance of purchase order.
100% of the purchase order value, if cancellation after 5th week upon
issuance of purchase order.
