Price Basis: In Rupiah Indonesia, Delivery Duty Paid Factory . Price is exclusive of PPN 11%.
Terms: 50% Down payment and 50% 30 days after good received
Delivery: Indent 20 week after PO received.
Validity: 14 days from above date.
Warranty: 1 (one) year from delivery against manufacturer defects for the product as-supplied,
excluding consumables. No liability is accepted for consequential damage.
Equipment: 1 unit Cassel Checkweihgers WS 5900-W365 IDR 455.000.000,-
Supplies: Customer to provide facilities and assistance to our engineers for the installation.

Operating Notes:
Please note the following operating considerations:
1. The product's flow direction is from left to right with the operator facing the operation panel
display. Please advise and confirm the product flow direction upon order confirmation;
2. The environment condition for the quoted machines should set at 0 to 40 deg Celsius, (variation < 5
deg C/h to maintain accuracy), with relative humidity of 30% to 85% and no condensation;
3. We proposed the model based on our experience and the technical data collected.
4. We propose customer to send product samples for our testing to determine our equipment
performance to meet the requirements;
