Whereas, the Department of Education through Kidapawan City Division is in need of

contractors/supplier for the Proposed Additional CCTV Network for the New Division Office
Building;

Whereas, on January 29, 2021, the Bids and Awards Committee advertised the Invitation
to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid on the Request for Quotation for the said project;

Whereas, the opening of bids was conducted on February 4, 2021 and that three (3)
bidders submitted their bids: Blue Chips Computer Sales and Services, Checkway Electrotech
and TJ-101 Computer Sales and Services;

Whereas, the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) agreed to disqualify the bids of
Checkway Electrotech and TJ-101 Computer Sales and Services. The BAC found out that the bid
submitted by Checkway Electrotech was not original and all scanned copy. On the other hand,
TJ-101 Computer Sales and Services submitted their bid beyond the time scheduled;

Whereas, the bid proposal of Blue Chips Computer Sales and Services was found to be
substantially complying of bids;

NOW THEREFORE, We, the Members of the Bids and Awards Committee, hereby
RESOLVE as it is hereby RESOLVED:

To award the contract to Blue Chips Computer Sales and Services as the bidder with a
Responsive Bid in the amount of Php 180,000.00 for the Request for Quotation for the
Proposed Additional CCTV Network for the New Division Office Building and to seek the
approval by the Schools Division Superintendent of the DepED-Kidapawan City Division the
foregoing findings.

RESOLVED, at the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent, DepEd Kidapawan
