I am HOLY GRACE A. TAÑA, 17 years old, resident at San Antonio

Cauayan City, Isabela, a graduate of San Antonio National High School a
Humanities and Social Science strand. In partial fulfillment in this degree, I
am required to undergo a work immersion.

I would like to apply as, nurse, participating in a workplace immersion is a

fantastic chance for me to obtain real-world experience and exposure to the
medical field. To improve and ensure that I get the most out of my time
