Dana engages in reflective practice by regularly analyzing her teaching practice, evaluating her
effectiveness, and seeking ways to improve. She implanted suggestions and made changes to suit
best practices relevant to subject areas or pedagogy.

She seeks out professional growth, such as teaching English language learners in Sweden and in
Spain.

Dana illustrated collaborative practices with cooperating teachers, coworkers, and fellow students,
sharing ideas, resources, and strategies to enhance student learning. She engaged in various co-
planning lessons and participated in professional learning communities while adhering to
professional ethical standards, including maintaining confidentiality, respecting diversity, and
