Writing task 1 ( pie charts 1 )

The charts give information about the answered from visitors for Parkway hotel customer service. By
100 guest in 2 years, 2005 and 2010.

It is clear to see that both pie charts has experienced changed in the percentage of hotel’s customer
service. There were more satisfactory and good feedbacks than the other ones, between the year of
2005 and 2010.

The answered of guest that the hotel’s customer service gave a satisfactory made up 45% in 2005,
which was the highest rate ( structure 1). 5 years later, there was moderate drop in those figures to
17%. However, roughly 39% of the entire amount answered came from good in 2010.

Furthermore, the lowest number was seen in excellent in 2005, with the occupying 5%, which was 5
times as low as that in 2010 ( structure 3 ). While the percentage of very poor service in 2005 was
higher than that of 2010, with the figures being 15% and 4% respectively. ( structure 5 )
