EOI for Installation of EV Charging Station across India.

Adani TotalEnergies E-Mobility (ATEEL) is seeking Expression of Interest (EoI) from qualified and
experienced contractors for the Installation and Commissioning works for Electric Vehicle Charging
Stations(EVCS) across India.

 Project Overview:

The project involves the installation of EV charging stations on Pan India basis. The successful
contractor will be responsible for civil and electrical work required for installing and commissioning
of EV Charging Stations (EVCS). The Charger and Distribution Panel shall be Free Issue Material
(FIM).

 cope of Work:

The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to:

1. Site Inspection and Assessment:

-Examining site conditions, accessibility, electrical infrastructure, and required permits &
approvals in order to determine the viability of constructing EV Charging Stations.

2. Civil Works:

- Demarcation, excavation, and site preparation.

- Installation of concrete foundations for charging stations and associated equipment as per
engineering drawing.

- Coordination with utility providers for trenching, conduit installation, and cable routing.

- Ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety regulations and other requirements.

3. Electrical Works:

- Installation of electrical panels, distribution boards, EV Charger and associated equipment.

- Wiring and cable routing from the main power source to the charging stations.

- Ensuring compliance with relevant electrical standards and regulations.

-Connecting charging stations to the electrical grid and local power supply.

4. Project Management:

- Efficient project planning, scheduling, and coordination with ATEEL Engineer in charge to ensure
timely completion.

- Procurement and management of required materials, equipment, and resources.

- Quality control and assurance to meet industry standards and specifications.

- Compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

 Submission Requirements:

Interested contractors are requested to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) in response to this
notice. The EOI should include the following information:

1. Company Profile:

- Name and contact details of the company.

- Brief description of the company's background, expertise, and experience in executing similar
projects along with past experience in EV Sector.

- Certifications, licenses, and accreditations relevant to the project.

- Basic details of your company shall include the following points

1. Name of Organization:
2. Number of Employees on role:
3. Number of contractual employees:
4. Turnover in 2022-23:
5. Past Experience in EV:
6. Number of EV stations Setup:
7. Other works with CPO Name (Charge point operators):
8. Locations at which EVCS are setup:
9. Experience in EV bus Station setup:
10. Previous work with ADANI (if any):
11. Dedicated Team for EV (yes/no):
12. Services across (Name of the city/ Pan India):

2. Resources and Capacity:

- Description of the company's resources, including equipment, tools, and personnel.

- Capacity to handle multiple project sites concurrently.

- Demonstrated ability to meet project timelines and deliverables.

3. Health, Safety, and Environment:

- Description of the company's commitment to health, safety, and environmental practices.

- Relevant certifications or programs in place to ensure a safe and sustainable working

environment.
