COURSE: MEC 2009 – ENGINEERING DRAWING I

INTRODUCTION:

This booklet contains a selection of tutorial assignments for MEC 2009 – Engineering
Drawing I. The text of the assignments is contained in this booklet, while there is a separate
booklet for figures and diagrams.

All assignments have been developed for tutorial sessions of three hours.

SOME INSTRUCTIONS:

All drawings and exercises should be full size, i.e. 1:1.

All dimensions given are in mm.
All construction lines should be clearly visible and not be erased.
All lines should meet the convention as described in lectures.
Stencils and templates are not allowed.
All assignments have to be carried out during the tutorial session, and the drawing sheets
have to be handed in to the supervisor before or at the end of the three-hour sessions.
