Crochet with brown yarn (No.70)
Work in rows. Make ch1 at the end of each row and turn.
1. ch12, from the second chain on the hook: 11 sc

6-7. 15 sc (2 rows)
8. inc, 13 sc, inc (17)
9. 17 sc
Cut the yarn and weave in the end on the back side.
10. attach the green yarn (No. 69) to the front side and crochet in BLO: 17 sc
11. FLO 17 sc
Next, crochet in both loops.

Cut the green yarn and weave in the ends on the back side.
Attach the light green yarn (No. 11).

Cut the yarn and weave in the end on the back side.
Embroider the veins with a light green yarn in two threads.

Embroider the seeds with a black thread (as per the photo).
Crochet the second piece in the same way.
It will be the back side of the toy.

Beard
Crochet with white yarn (No. 01)
Work in rows. Make ch1 at the end of each row and turn.
1. Count 3 front loops to the right in Row 10 from the front side of the toy.
Attach the white yarn to the next loop and make ch1.
Crochet 10 sc (11)
Next, crochet in both loops.
2-4. 11 sc (3 rows)

Cut the yarn and weave in the end on the back side.

Assembly

Hold the two pieces to each other with the back sides together.

Attach the green yarn to the bottom of the cap on the right
(between brown and green stitches).
Next, crochet through both pieces, connecting them together.
Ch1, 12 sc on the side, inc, 1 sc on the top, inc, 12 sc on the side, 1 sl st.
Cut the yarn and hide the ends inside.
Stuff the cap with fiberfill.

Attach the brown yarn to the last stitch, where you cut the green yarn.

Start 1 sl st

Ch1, 7 sc on the side, inc into the corner, 9 sc on the bottom, inc into the
corner, stuff the piece, 7 sc on the side, 1 sl st.
Cut the yarn and hide the ends inside.

Nose
Crochet with light yarn (No. 11)
1. 6 sc in MR
2. (inc, 1 sc)*3 times (9)
3. 9 sc, 1 sl st
Cut the yarn, leaving a long end for sewing pieces.
Sew the nose in the center, over the beard.
If necessary, stuff the nose with fiberfill a little.

Apply hot glue to the beard from the wrong side and glue it to the body
of the gnome (or sew on the beard).
Attach the brown yarn to the first front loop of Row 11 on the front side
(hold the toy with the cap down).
Make ch2 and 2 dc in the same loop.
Next, crochet 3 dc in each front loop to the end of row.

Without cutting the yarn, go to the back side of the toy.
Similarly, crochet 3 dc in each front loop.

So that the edging on the cap does not stick out, sew it with a few stitches
to the body and nose.

Crochet with light green yarn (No. 11)
1. 6 sc in MR
2. inc*6 times (12)
Cut the yarn and weave in the end on the wrong side.
Attach the green yarn (No. 69)
3. (inc, 1 sc)*6 times (18)
4. (inc, 2 sc)*6 times (24)
Cut the yarn and weave in the end on the wrong side.
Attach the brown yarn (No. 70)
5. (inc, 3 sc)*6 times (30)
DO NOT cut the brown yarn.
Embroider the seeds in the center of the circle in black color.

Fold the circle in half and sew through the inner loops
with brown yarn (No. 70).
Cut the yarn and weave in the ends or leave the end for sewing.
Glue a piece of kiwi with a hot glue gun (or sew)
to the bottom of the gnome.

You can also make a hanging loop.
Attach the yarn to the upper stitch of the cap, crochet ch20-25 and
make 1 sl st in the next stitch on the cap.

This gnome can be used not only as an educational toy,
but also as a fridge magnet or a keychain.
If you insert a skewer inside, you get a decoration
for bouquets and arrangements.

The Kiwi Gnome is ready!
