CROCHET PATTERN

The stargazer (only crochet hook)

Hello!

Do you like fairy tale characters and look at the stars? Maybe you
believe in fortune-telling, do not you?

Then I guess you will like this

fairy tale toy and it will bring you luck.
You will fall in love with it as crocheting
following the pattern.

First, just a little bit about me.

My name is Svetlana Malyarik. I

have been knitting and crocheting the
toys since 2014. By the way, my stargazer
is crocheted using only a hook.

In my crochet patterns
collection, you will find many toys such as
Witch, Santa Clause, and others. Also, there are crochet plush toy
patterns, such as Gus mouse, Pirate
cat, Ballerina bunny, and many others.
However, my absolute favorite thing
to do is to crochet beautiful outfits
for these toys. I am sure you will like
bunny, cat or Elf toys in different
clothes.

You can get more

information about my patterns on
the social website Etsy

Now, I want to tell you some words about the stargazer or

stargazer toy in a beautiful casual outfit.

The pattern consists of 71 pages and contains over 190

photographs and charts. The finished product using the materials stated
in this pattern is ~13.3 inches / 34 cm tall (without a cap).

The toy is made with a wireframe so he can move his legs, arms,
and fingers. We need felting wool and needle to make the hair.

A beautiful set of clothes symbolizes comfort and magic. It

consists of 6 elements of clothing: a light blue dress and a belt in the form
of a chain; Stargazer's favorite slippers; comfortable pants 😊; blue, star-
decorated mantle; and a tall cap.

The stargazer does not like it when

kids play with him, so it is more the interior
toy.

This pattern is a work of

authorship, and it intends only for personal
use. Full or partial reproduction and
distribution, sales, and publications on the
Internet are forbidden! You are welcome to
sell the finished toy made from this pattern,
but please credit my design – Svetlana
Malyarik.

I hope you will like everything and

enjoy crocheting.

So, let's doing magic! ☺

Reverse Single Crochet Stitch (Crab stitch)

Crab stitch is easy the crochet border stitch and looks very beautiful and neat. It is done
in reverse (left to right, if you are the right-handed crocheter, and right to left, if you are
the left-handed crocheter).
At the end of the row, do not turn and do not chain new stitches.
Insert hook into the next full stitch to the right (photo. 1)

Continue to work, insert hook in the next right stitch. Do not turn at the end of work.
6
How to make a puff stitch:

Make one yarn over, insert your hook into the loop, grab the working yarn and then pull
up a fairly long loop, approximately equal to the height of the half double crochet. Repeat
5 times. As the result, there are 10 loops on the hook.

Then again catch the working yarn and pull it through all seven loops on the hook, as
guided in the photo below:
